I think all my 360 friend are unique and special to me in their own ways. I must admit I feel privileged to be able to see into their own personal lives through their pages.
I have some friends I know from the real world on there, but to answer your question , thus far -out of the people I have met online- I only have gotton to know one individual more by chatting on IM. I would like the privilege to be closer to more..there are some that perk my interest. But with all things on line, I proceed with caution.
