I'm nearly finished with this book I have been working on for a couple years, how much would you pay for it

The book is a compilation of 1,000 powerful inspirational quotes and words of wisdom. How much would you pay for this book? These aren't the everyday quotes you can just find from the internet or another book.

Does anyone have any info. on how to publish a book? how much does it cost?

I like quote books well enough, but when you say "inspirational," I get the heebie jeebies. One person's inspiration does not work for another. The term tends to be used for Christian materials a lot, and I am not a Christian. If you brought it into my bookstore, I'd probably pay you my used book price, which would be very small. I might not want it at all, in fact.

There's nothing original in it; only quotes. The only inspiration is all materials available elsewhere, if somewhat obscure. Frankly, I do not think you are going to find a publisher.

i almost never pay more than $15 for any book, and usually i buy them used and don't pay more than $5.

it doesn't cost much to publish a book if you find a publisher, except for the cost of printing your manuscript to mail and postage.

if you have it self-published it costs in the hundreds to the thousands, depending on the package you choose (could be $500, could be $2000)
