OxyPads from Neutrogena. Those work really awesome. They sting a bit, but hey, the menthol feeling is wonderful.

It all depends on your skin type and needs. For the most part, every skin type needs a daily cleansing regimen. If your skin is oily I suggest you use a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer with SPF in the morning. Make sure the moisturizer is oil-free. At night, use the same products, but if your skin is acne prone, use an acne treatment instead of the daily moisturizer. A weekly mask is also a good idea. Burt's Bees Pore Refining Mask does a wonderful job at clearing up the skin and making it look fabulous.

Try using Biore Pore Perfect cleansing cloths http://www.biore.com/usa/products/productInfo.asp?productId=7
Use them every night and try St. Ives Apricot Scrub 1-2 times per week.
Try washing your face with Neurogena Deep Clean cleanser in the morning. This works really well.
Also, if you have bad acne, Proactive does work better than anything I have ever tried. It doesn't make my skin 100% clear, but works better than anything else I have used.
Drink lots of water and try not to have pop or greasy food like chips.
Don't touch your face at all. This really does make a difference.
I hope this helps!

Don't touch your face, use pure soap (Ivory) to clean your face with, reduce use of cosmetics, keep hair off face, hydrate yourself constantly, eat healthier (plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables), limit exposure to sun (but don't avoid it altogether), don't pick at sores or pimples, get plenty of rest, and if you feel the need, indulge yourself to spa treatment now and again. Additionally, I recommend Cetaphil; nice product that softens as it cleanses. It's worked well for me.

I use Proactiv, and other than that, I never go to sleep with makeup on, and carry around face wipes to get rid of oil mid day.
