You don't tell her that. You can do it, but you don't speak about it. Leave that for all of the jerks.
When this is spoken, it is a lie and is not meant, especially at your age. Don't be a liar to yourself and to others. You don't know what love is, and you'll be with many girls before you're married. Again, don't go around saying that.

tell her "i have something to tell you" hen wen she says wat you say "iv been thinkin a lot, and i was thinkin bout you. i love you" or wat my boyfriend did the first time he told me he loved me was i said "i love chocolate" and he said " i love you" it was sooo sweet...maybe u can do that
