I'm not advocating that you actually do this but if you really want to know, here's how you go about doing it:

Get a DVD burner if you don't already have one, get Nero or alcohol 120 burning software.
What you do is put the game in the DVD-ROM, and open the software. then you choose to make an .ISO image of the CD. if you have a PS2 emulator you can play it on your computer or if you have installed a mod chip into your PS2 then you can play it on there.

I've researched this but I think the whole process is just too time consuming and this is coming to you from a self proclaimed cheap-skate. So just buy the game, it'll save you from breaking the warranty seal on your PS2 and a lot of frustration.

A good burning software I recommend is Ashampoo Burning. It's 100% free and can be downloaded here: http://j.mp/1lAV2C2

If you want to create a DVD that works on a common DVD player, you definitely need a burning software. Copying the files of the movie as is won't work (If you do so your DVD player will not be able to play the video/movie properly). Ashampoo is a good option for every "burning need". It's reliable and professional, It can be used both for CDs and DVDs and it's very easy to use.

you dont because if everyone did that then there would be no ps2 games to copy because the games companies would go out of business.
