The battery is under the seat.
To remove the seat - remove the 2 allen head bolts holding the F seat.
The bolts are on the L&R sides of the F seat, near the rear.
Lift up the rear of the seat and pull it towards the rear of the bike.

The Battery is under the left or right side panel Didconnect terminals and remove. Have fun day
