Yup they sure do! In this day and age they sit in a large golden box in the middle of a huge stone pyramid, or some sort of underground mausoleum waiting to be dissected and shipped off to the states for museum exhibits....
But do they exist as a political power or figure? NAW!

Yes, they still have Pharaohs. However, they're all dead. Most are in the Egyptian Museam in Cairo in air-tight, temperature & moisture controlled glass boxes. Famous King Tutankhamum is lying in his sarcophagus in his tomb in the Valley of the Kings across the Nile River from Luxor.
Most pharaohs are striving not to be like famous dead musicians and decomposing.
