Scary. I watched it for the first time when I was like 5 years old. Ever since then I've been petrified of clowns. So yeah, I'd vote on the scary side :)

100% scary. That part when the clown is in the sewer is something I will never forget. That is actually a partially true scenario, it happened in Ann Arbor Michigan. The Woverines were playing Notre Dame. They won, there was a huge party. A girl was partying it up in the streets and reports seeing a clown in the sewer.

I saw this movie when I was a child, it is a scary movie though it doesn't effect me anymore, though it did scare me quite well when I was young. I couldn't sleep the night after I watched it.

Effin' Scary!!! Anything by Stephen King is gonna be freaky. That movie scared the sh*t outta me when I was a kid, and to tell you the truth, I still can't watch it alone in the dark...lol ;)
