Explain why there aren't alot of new trivia questions in this category as opposed to, for example the video games category.

Trivia comes and goes - try posting more of your own Trivia questions, and other people get interested as they answer yours, and will post their own.

Also remember what trivia means: a collection of insignificant or obscure items, details, or information. So perhaps there are more important issues that people would like to know about. Check out the questions in other categories, as you read the Q and A to them, you start to gain knowledge and insight into other issues that are important to life.

Because more people are interested in answering problems, not trivia questions. They also could find a more specific area of the question.

My guess would be that the majority of people on Yahoo answers right now are kids & teens. They would obviously have more questions re. video games.
