TJ Maxx every once in a while get's a large flow up designer stuff, but it won't always be current or what is on the runways right now.
Heh, I found a juicy sweater at a sort of goodwill in my town (called st. vincent de pauls) once while I was shopping for halloween.

TJ Maxx is ok, but Ross Dress for Less is probably the best.
They have some cute stuff at Walmart and Target too.

The goodwill. It's not the greatest place but there is some really good finds from time to time. Also try the Salvation Army

i don't live in the same country as you do but i once bought a calvin klein black shirt dressfor much much less at the most unexpected place. I have a The moral is keep looking, u never know.
