During last month's U.S. elections, a Muslim asked these questions to the American Public on Yahoo Answers forum;

1. How can a Father/Mother from USA send their loved ones to murder innocent civilians from Muslim population?

2. Can you find ANY excuse to vote for a political party that advocates murder and butchery of Muslims?

3. How can you STOP the half population of USA in believing in mass-murder of Muslims? Education or Medicine.?

He recieved an ABUSE notice from Yahoo and his points that he earned on Yahoo Answers, were down-graded as a penalty. Is this fair in being NEUTRAL to discussion and not being a party to it? Do you think that USA media has been hijacked by the zealous zionist Jews and extremist Christians PLUS all types of anti-Muslim elements in the USA society?

YA blindly responds to abuse reports. I'm sure that no one ever reads the reports or responses to the report notifications. IMHO there is more abuse of the abuse button than there is on the sight.

What constitutes abuse is in the sole discretion of Yahoo, since this is a private forum.

Regardless of whether we might think such statements are abusive or informative, the Yahoo administrator came to one conclusion.

Personally, I disagree with that conclusion, because those appear to be questions that can have valid answers, and that do not merely state political opinions (even if they are leading questions). And given how much else makes it past the filters, I think those should have been allowed.

I am not aware of USA Government Policies against Mustlims. The action of current administration may be perceived so, but there is no law against Muslims.
If ever there is such a law, then Yahoo is abided by the law and should so conduct itself.
Since there is no such law, Yahoo should conduct its affair according to its own self interest, including that of their paying clients.

They have the right to ask questions as long as they are in the guidelines of yahoo's terms of service. Maybe yahoo should be taken over and submit to government control.
I cant believe anyone would receive an abuse report for asking those questions.

No...! But then - it just goes to show you how touchy the USA is right now. Because, deep down - DEEP-DEEP DOWN...! - more and more Americans each day are finally getting the message; namely, that the invasion of Iraq was... well - WRONG...!!!

Which (of course) definitely does not mean that it is all that safe to go running around in "The Land of the Free" saying so in public...!
After all, the very word "Democracy" is starting to stick in too many throats and "The Land of the Free" just doesn't feel all that , well... "FREE" - anymore... So WATCH WHAT YOU SAY...!!! And Hey...! - let's see what they do to me for this...!!!

Although this Muslim is a little too extreme for my liking, he has is right of free speech and the right to have his voice heard on yahoo answers. Since these questions only show his opinion, he should not have been reprimanded for them.

there is not any god. I section with Israel with the aid of fact they seem to be a tiny SLIVER of land... and the only Jewish state. If there have been an Israel the Jewish holocaust does not have occurred. Hitler did no longer care if a man or woman became into an atheist or no longer, a christian or no longer ... it became into approximately blood. there are a number of Islamic countries. yet basically one Jewish state. for 6 months rockets got here accepted from Gaza into Israel. i did no longer see all of us upward push up for Israel. So now they have stood up for themselves. I section with Israel

No, I don't think Yahoo-Answers will indulge in such a thing as you query so!
