Edson Arantes do Nascimento of BRAZIL, famously known in the world as Pele has scored 1,281 goals in 1,363 matches in his career, by far the most goals ever scored by a single player in his entire career.
Pele has also won 3 FIFA World Cup with BRAZIL in 1958, 1962 & 1970. he is the youngest ever goal scorer in the World Cup final when he scored two in the 1958 FIFA World Cup final against SWEDEN. he is often regarded as one of the greatest football players in the world.

I believe that Pele scored the most goals in the history of football/soccer. According to his autobiography, he scored his 1283rd and final goal on October 1, 1977, Cosmos vs. Santos.

If you mean in national goals is Ali Daie who is Persian and 37 years old and he scored 104 or 3 goals for Iran.he is currently not playing in Iran national team but he is now playing in Saipa club in Iran premier league,but he played in World Cup 2006.But the most goals in both club and national teams is maybe Pele,I'm not sure.I love Gianluigi Buffon and Italy and JUVENTUS and DEL PIERO.

ummm.. it is a nice question .. but u didn't identify if u need it in fifa's record or any game .. anyway .. i guess Hakan Shukur . the Turkish player made the fastest goal .. and in the games that is not under fifa .. the fastest goal was in a competition in my country where a guy score a goal in the first kick after the whistle ..that was shocking but yeah he did it

the top goal scorer for international games is ali daei, the iranian player. but im not sure the highest goal scorer for like ANY game and all together and all. probably pele.
