Because your PC apparently does have a computer worm in it.
Take down the information identifying the worm and ither try to get rid of it with Norton, or search the Web for a proven "worm-killer" for the one invading your system. Then run it and clean your system. You need to scan your system more often and set your Norton to auto-update the virus list.
In the meantime don't send any emails to anyone since that is how these things primarily get exchanged.

Your computer probably dosen't even have a worm. Norton dosen't work. I learned this one the hard way. Here try uninstalling Norton and get something like AVG Free Edition or McAfee(just not the security suite) And Run scans with those just to make sure.

I had the same problem. Using both my Norton and Spy Sweeper I came out clean. I disabled the phishing and had no more warnings. Good luck. It may be your settings, I tried everything.
