If you have Nero (which a lot of people do) then this is possible. If you dont have Nero, I suggest you get it (I'm not sure how much it costs to buy, but it't not much. I'm sure there is a downloadable version, but I can't remember if it is a trial or not). Anyway, when it asks you which drive to write to, select "Image Writer" or something similar then it will output an image file instead of burning a CD.

first off, you can take the mpg file and then upload it into itunes or another program that supports music and video. then you wont need to change it onto a bin you can just automatically burn it, unless what you are trying to do is movie editing then you will need a video editing program.
