Action speak louder than words. It 'll take a long time for her to trust again, she'll always remember what it felt like when she was hurt and it will always be there, just be there for her and treat her right.

Be patient. Having been hurt takes a long time to get over. Fear is something that only love and commitment can conquer.Talk to her, have your friends talk to her. Let her know without a doubt. But make sure you mean what you say when you say it. Don't play games with her.And if you truly love her give her the time she needs. She will come around.

Give her time, take things slowly and prove it, by being there for her when she needs you and not rushing her into somthing she is afraid of. Time heals all wounds.

oh..and don't smother her..that can scare her away if shes not ready yet

There's no way you can convince her that you won't hurt her. She has to make that decision. Just continue to use good judgement, be patient, and be sensitive to her needs.
