Hmmm...ok. have you dropped it? if you have, the charger port might be lose and might not fit properly. How long have you had the phone? if its less than a year, its still under warranty. Take it to a dealer with a technician and have it looked at. If there is no sign of water/physical damage, they will replace it for you. A final option is having it replaced by insurance if you purchased it.

You say you have to live w/ it for one more month...does that mean you will be eligible for an upgrade then? if that's the case, call your provider and ask for a supervisor. Ask the supervisor to change your eligibility date. Since most providers require a contract extension, most sups don't mind changing the eligibility date to allow you to upgr a month early. Good luck!

all i have to say is..
Have you dropped?
i see what you mean because it happened to my aunt and i had 2 reset the whole thing and then the people at verizon got pissed off at me...but its mainly a technical hardware problem or your battery is screwed over..i suggest buy a new battery for it and pray that it works for another month...

Mostly it would be a hardware problem. If the phone have fallen from heights then this could be one of the reason for your problem.

I have the same problem & planning to show to a tech person. May be you can also try that.
