oh yea and i know konahamoru can uh, kinda do it. ive at least gotten that far. i think the serires is in the earlly 60s.right before the final fight things.

Yea, Konohamaru and his team can all do Sexy Jutsu. It says in one of the episodes where Naruto is their temporary sensei. Except they call it weirdo things like 'Cows milk Boobies' and junk. At alot of Anime cons girls dress as their favorite girl character and just say that it's [insert guy character] Sexy No Jutsu. And there are quite a few fanart comics that feature Rock Lee in Sexy no Justu. I hope that helps.

Well Naruto invented it remember. So far i've only seen him and that instructor kid do it so far. I don't think it's thatn the other characters can't do it. I think they just don't want to do it. Sakura dosn't need to do it and, in fairness, could you see souske doing something as silly as the sexy jutsu.

Nah...that child who is the son of one of the instructors can also do it. Only think is where Naruto looked like a pretty girl, he came out looking like a fat, ugly chick.
