I have seen some really bad arguments in favor of the gay movement.
The most common one seems to be that since a small proportion of other animal species are homosexual, it is natural behavior.
Let me just clarify something for a second here: Since when is "natural" behavior for the lower animals the same as natural human behaviors?
Humans are more than a cut above all other species, and so is all of our behavior, including sex, as animalistic as it might seem at times.
Also, lower animals don't engage in homosexuality for their own personal pleasure like homosexual humans, but for reasons like resolving group or clan conflicts and encouraging reluctant members of the opposite sex to mate with them.
The end of a civilized and moral humanity will be near if and when we as a species start procreating through test tubes in order to allow homosexuals to have all the pleasure they want.

In the unlikely event that the whole population of the world was gay, reproduction could still take place by artificial insemination.
At an evolutionary level the purpose of life is to survive by procreation.
However many theories about sexual orientation conclude that it is social and environmental. As to whether homosexuality is 'normal' this depends very much on your definition of 'normal.' There is a wide spectrum of sexual behavior, much if it not involved with procreation.

Obviously, if all people were homosexual it would eventually lead to extinction (if using only natural means). But to say that homosexuality is abnormal based on the fact that the purpose of life is survival by procreation is false. Animals in the wild have been seen with same sex mates as well. For whatever reason, it is instinctive to some, just as it is instinctive to most to seek out the opposite sex. I don't think I would classify an instinct as abnormal.

With current technology, only if they even refuse to donate sperm. In future may be science/technology can create babies solely from females. However, since Mother Nature created sexes for creation, at least from Mother Nature's point of view, homosexuality does not seem normal bahavior. But then mutations of living beings always happen. We have ten pairs of nails for which we have no current logical/physical use to continue living. Should we say nails are abnormal ?

Yet it is a normal behavior. No one knows the purpose of life, so concern yourself with you and yours and ignore that which goes on in the bedroom of others. The world will not go extinct because people are gay and want to marry. Relax.

Homosexual behavior has been observed repeatedly in nature. I assure you, the animals didn't get that way by watching A&E and HGtv.
And don't worry, there will never be 100% of the population that'll be gay. Just like there will never an instance of 100% of the population showing up to one particular McDonalds at the sametime.

No, it would not mean extinction. With modern science, conception is easily possible regardles of whether people have sex.
By this argument, females should not be allowed to refuse to get pregnant, because if everyone did that, there'd be no procreation.
As far as being normal, it's an observed behavior in 1%-5% of most mammals and many bird species. So, it's hard to argue that it's not natural when it occurs (even if infrequently) in nature.

Well it is not normal in terms of procreation. Ten percent of the population are homosexual so it exists in a large percent of the population. Normal behavior is average behavior....no one is normal .

You posit an extreme arguement. The fact is not everyone is gay. Some people are, some are not. Many who are still choose to have children. . .there are so many gay parents (closeted and not closeted) that have children without adoption or artificial insemination.

But not everyone is going to be homosexual. It's never been that way and never will be. Most guys like women, that's nature.
But it's ok for some people to be gay, as it is nature's way of saying "ok, there are enough people already, we don't need over-population."
