I was playing football and they put me as center. Then a big guy came and practically ran me over and I flew back like 5 feet and I tried to stop by putting my hands down. But the right hand now hurst a lot. I can move it anywhere it is just that when i go to pick up something it hurts.

The best remnedy for such sports injuries is the Homeopthic Remedy ARNICA along with RHUS TOX both in 30 potency to be taken hourly till you start feeling relief after that just thrice a day half hour before meals till you are 100% better. Works in all such cases without any side effects or complications.
Take care and God Bless you !
Get well soon my friend ! :-)

Sounds like a sprain or a tendon that was torn. Either way it is not advisable to lift heavy stuff or really do much moving around. YOu should go see a doctor you would not want to cause any further damage. Sometimes people can have a fracture and still move there bones joints etc. Thus making it worse you would not want to have surgery.

Sounds like you may have pulled a tendon and/or possibly broken a a metacarpal. Your hands and wrists contain a lot of bones and tendons, so its hard to identify what exactly is broken/injured without an xray (or a doctor looking at it).
I would recommend going to see a orthopedic doctor or regular doctor (depending on your insurance) to get an xray for a real diagnosis. If something is broken and you don't take care of it, it could lead to an infection, and you could even lose your hand.
check the webmd link below to help you at least possibly figure out what's wrong.

You may have what is call tendonitis, which is inflamtion of the tendons. Have you had it ex-rayed? Maybe you have a slight fracture. Do you smoke? Smoking can cause poor circulation also

sounds like stretched tendons or ligaments
try ice for 20 minutes then heat for 20 minutes
after two or three days seek help if the problem remains
And rest the injured hand

This sounds like a good old sports injury please seek a Dr. and get some x-rays it is best to find out now because there could be a fracture and if your bones become out of alignment it may mean loss of use of that hand so please get it checked out don't mess with your hands.

There may be some nerve damage in that hand. Go see a doctor for a checkup.

Most likely a fracture - you need an X-ray to determine if a bone or bones were cracked.
