Almost every "big box" stationary store like Office Depot or Staples carries them. You can also see if your local Board of Realtors sells them to people without a license.

I used this when my boss decided to become a landlord....look around on this site....if you're a landlord, consider getting deposits for the utilities....here in Akron, the OWNER of the property is responsible for the water/trash/recycling bill...even if the tenant is to PAY the bill....alot of tenants have "stuck-it" to landlords by moving out and leaving a bill....this not only shafts the landlord, but future tenants as well....take a look around the site and COVER YOUR BUTT!
