Please tell me where you read or who told you that lifting weights will cause problems with your growth!!
If it was true you wouldn't have had one arm bigger!
Light weights with many repetitions are good for you no matter what your age.

Being unbalanced with one side of your body (it's not just your arm, it's your shoulder, back and chest muscles) may cause you to get back problems later in life.

I played tennis since 7 years old and my coaches recommended from very early on to do light weights and to try and do more reps with my non-dominant side than with my playing arm.

Well if you are a serious player your dominant arm I guess in your case is right will always be bigger then the left, You just use it so much more then your left when playing it is going to be bigger and stronger. Do your push ups and when you stop growing do spend extra time working your less dominant working your left forearm out. Do not worry about it, it is the tennis players badge of honer

You probably are right handed so you're using your right hand muscle more then the left, so you just need to work out your left hand muscle more when you work out. If you don't want to work out make an effort to use your left muscle more often.

Are you talking about your actual hand or your biceps and triceps? It's probably due to the lack of use with your left hand. You're probably right handed and thus you use your right hand more building it more than your left. Just work your left more, and that should "balance" it out.

i suppose it's coz ur right hand is physically more active than ur left one. tennis player rafael nadal kno him? well his left arm is more muscled than his right one. i think its coz he plays with his left hand... how to balance it up? well use ur left hand more often. there are people who can write with both hands. it's just a question of practice. besides dn't make a big fuss if ur right hand muscle is bigger...

simple! u use ur right arm more to lift items...if u r a right-hander...andwould have been doing so since ur childhood..so ur right arm muscles have grown bigger and stronger to help u do al lthe owrk. u can balance it out by doing an extra set with ur left arm in ur free weight routine. and some one-arm (left one!!) push-ups and pull-up wouldnt hurt either!

Depending what hand you use alot will determine
you could be stronger on one side than the other side.
You right handed you are probably stronger there
me I am left handed I could be stronger there
