I don't know it depends if it is a shiney grey tie then yes but if not then no

grey manages too fit everyone.
for it is a neuteral color.
but it has a flaw.
it makes people look boring.
like..there asleep.
evern thought white and black are common still use it.
white bringes up the true color of your glow and face tones. Smile alot and shake handes with people.show the people that you are a happy person and they will not care about your tie.

Yes if it has some sheen to it but a red tie would make a stronger statement.

It will, but tried to back it up with some form of similar grey accent- like those little tissue things that people put in pockets.
