During the puberty the development brings the greatest growth for the body aside from the sexual one.
Although the puberty begins within 14-15 years the first development starting and stopping just is the height. It gets a great boost at the beginning and then decreases fast though going on until 18 years nearly. Of course the next growth will be negligible. I don't know what point your (general) development has reached now, and if it's just in the end, but you alone can see it. In fact, if your (garish) sexual development isn't complete yet, then you can hope in some inch more.

Make sure you drink some milk every day. The calcium should help your bones grow a little more. I stopped growing around the age of 18.

There's nothing wrong with that. There may still be time, but you should be proud of who you are- height is determined by genes and DNA (deoxyribo nucleic acid, if you care) and you can't really do anything to change that. If you assume that the 'tall gene' is dominant, then it is very likely that your parents each had one 'tall gene' and one 'short gene'. Then, there's basically a 25% chance that you'll be short. But 5'5" is not short. It's average, actually. Besides, being tall sucks sometimes 'cause you hit your head on *everything*.

Put some rags fold them under your heel and put them in your shoes. It will probably give U 2 inches max, but 5'7 is better than 5'5..Only thing is when U walk, it will look like your walking on stenciles..LOL!

You are still in your growing years. Make sure you eat well, stay away from high sugar and fatty foods, get lots of rest and
S-T-R-E-T-C-H every day!
