i cant go to a club because im just gonna be turning 14.so yeah..and i didnt have a party cuz it was kinda late notice so...
my mom was like "dinner and a movie" and im like what am i turning 40??i know she was only tring to help
i just want to go out and have fun..suggest something

is there a movie you really really want to see?ask if you can take a couple of your friends with you and then maybe go to the mall that night and just have a shopping spree

It's probably too late to plan a big party - Unless - Is it possible that someone is planning one for you behind your back? That would be a nice surprise.
But you can still have fun without a party. Figure out what you can afford to do. Call up some friends & go to a movie, roller rink, skate park, sporting event, etc. Just be sure you have Mom's permission. Keep it clean, be safe & enjoy.

Times have surely changed from then. 'Back in the day', we would have friends and family over for dinner of the honoree. They would help prepare 'your' favorite meal, bring some gifts and just enjoy the company. A walk down memory lane, followed by going to the local rink (roller/ice) or maybe go to a movie.
It depends on what your energy level is and what's available to you and your interests.
I have had the outlook of birthdays as 'just another day' and for myself celebrating is for the other people in my life who deem it an important thing. I don't ruin it for those I love by being negative about their efforts to celebrate the occasion.

scavenger hunt. continually the finest. and purely play awesome song contained in the motorcar and play different video games. purely make confident none of them nod off haha. and take a pad of paper so that you adult adult males can draw stuff and write notes to at least one yet another purely in case you want to assert something to them that you dont favor the motive force to hearken to

go 2 d lounge wit ur frnds, coz launges permitt all d teenagers, n go 4 dinner afterwards !!! in d evenin u may go 2 launge or any club!!! u can dance in l'ge n also can celebrate ur b'day ........ by d way happy b'day !

i think you should feel fresh and do what you want to do.it is your birthday and it comes once a year.you do not wait 365 or 366 days to do something someone else wants to do.
