How do I enable "cookies" on my computer?

I was trying to post something on line and I was told that I needed to enable cookies in order to do that. How?

if u are using Internet Explorer go and press its icon with the mouse left button > then open Properties then press the Privacy Button.You will find another button refering to different enabled levels of cookies.When u move that button to the lowest level you will enable all cookies.

Go to internet options under tools then click on the privacy tab and select advance then a new window pops up that lets you control the cooking handling. ;)

You should change your broswer security settings. It depends which browser you are using. If you use Norton antivirus or any other firewall software they can block your cookies also.
