Turkey or Ham sandwiches, just put it together for the next night's dinner, two pieces of ham or turkey and put some left over stuffing in between. Use the sauce from the turkey or ham to make rice. Take the stuffing and put one big spoon into a buttered muffin pan and bake them for 10min on low heat to make stuffing rolls. Turkey Cesar salad. Turkey tacoes, turkey and rice with some left over veggies.

Turkey leftovers are good. Eat them. Make some soup with the meat.

You can make turkey salad out of the left over turkey. Just cut it into small pieces, add some miracle whip,some spices and maybe some cheese. I add oregano, Italian seasoning,paprika, garlic powder (just a pinch) and chopped onions.

Take your left over turkey, put in large pot on top of stove. Add a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup, some diced (very finely) onion, then stir on low to medium heat until it is like a stew consistency. After it cools, put in quart size freezer bags and freeze. Then you can take out of freezer when you don't feel like cooking and heat up as sandwiches, or over mashed potatoes. It's quick and yummy! :)

It's what I do every year. Leftover turkey, corn, peas, etc etc.

It makes a good turkey/vegetable soup!
