Below is a wonderful poem Audrey Hepburn wrote when asked to share her "beauty tips." It was read at
her funeral years later.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness..

For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.

For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.

For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.

For poise , walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never
throw out anyone.

Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms .

As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the
other for helping others.

this makes a woman look stunningly beautiful well into her 80's.

Some people are just blessed with looking younger. Some people fight it and use every trick in the book.

I don't do much to look y oung but still get asked if I am my son's girlfriend. How gross for a twenty year old to be asked if his mom is his date!! It's a compliment to me but not him.. ha ha ha.

I do believe happiness reflects upon your outward appearance most of all!!!. I eliminated stressful people, I don't use face creams (which really help you get wrinkles), I stay out of the sun & use sun screen, and I wash my face and neck with alcohol at least once a week. I am considered extremely happy and I think it shows.

I think it comes down to good genes a lot of the time.

I would say
*Healthy Lifestyle
* Fitness
* Just generally being a happy person
* Hair - Your hair can add or takes years off your face
* Good Skin Care products, Like using sun cream & moisturising

Because they exercise, they eat healthy, and they probably might use a little plastic surgery here and there. Also I would say good genes. Plastic surgery can improve, but it does not make miracles.

The secret is no grey hair. Grey hair ages anyone. Dye it, dye it, dye it. Also, eat right and walk a lot.
