For the last two weeks or so I have woke up every morning and felt really sick, just like in the beginning of the pregnancy, I usually have to go #2 badly, and i always feel like I am going to be sick. is this caused by anything? Is it normal?

Yes, it is normal. I was sick then entire time with my first. Take some extra vitamin B6. Also, sucking on lemon drops may help you.

It can be normal. I started getting sick at 6 weeks and it didnt go away until 19 weeks, and it was 24/7. Then I felt ok for a week and it started up again. Throwing up mainly at night. Morning sickness can come and go throughout the pregnancy.

Take 25ml og vitamin b6 three times a day. It will help keep it from coming back. Works like a charm. Or alteast it did for me.

My stomach stayed upset until right before my third trimester. I think it is just hormones. You will feel better soon. Good luck!!!
