How do you transfer music files from your ipod to another computer?

You can use iDUMP, a software that allows you to transfer your songs of your iPod to a PC. Connect your iPod and run iDump and you'll have access to all your songs, select the songs you want to transfer then pick a destination directory and how you would like your songs to be named. And then sit back and transfer all the selected songs to the PC. After that you can already add them in your music library in iTunes. It is easy to use. =)

You should probably have iTunes installed on that computer. When you plug in your iPod, the music should show up in your new iTunes Library.

You connect the usb cable into the usb port on your ipod then u connect that usb cable to that computer. seconds later if u look at the task-bar to the south corner u will get a message saying new hardware found after that click on it and open it up the copy the music files from your ipod into the music folder of that computer.

If you just install a new version of iTunes on the other computer, when you plug in your iPod, iTunes will try to overwrite the songs on the iPod with its empty playlist and it will erase all of the songs on the iPod.
