1.The egg came first because the dinosaurs were laying eggs way before chickens evolved.
2. It did make a sound. Scientists used machines that could detect if a loud noise occured at a distance without any interrupted sounds. Although the scientists didn't hear anything, the machines picked it up.

If a tree falls, and nobody hears it, yes, it still makes a sound.
As for the chicken or the egg, I don't know.

lol the question bout the tree is a cool on....bcuz its really asking if sumthing is real regardless of its percieved reality...or its effect or sumthing so...
so i would answer no..it didnt make a sound
in truth yea it would have made a sound......but its like since things are only real to an individual when the enter our reality...in whatever way (through say a sound in this case) then the tree make no sound to me as i didnt hear it........however since u told me de tree fell n i kno that tree always make sounds when falling ....the concept that a sound was made did entre my reality n so i....n a lot of other people might say yes ...on this basis
the egg came 1st

the egg - the chicken must be born from an egg, so....the egg must have come first.
if the tree falls in the forest it will make a sound, the vibrations caused by it crashing into other objects will force sound waves to propagate.
now a question for you, grasshopper. how did the tree fall?

(1) the rooster came first. Get it, "came." The chicken laid the egg, but the rooster "laid" the chicken, which allowed her to have the egg.
(2) Sounds must be heard in order to become sound. Look at it in this perspective: if everyone believes there is a God, but no one has ever seen him, does he still exist? No.

The chicken came first. In the Garden of Eden, God made everything in it's adult form.
There would be a sound.

Sound is normally defined as vibrations of the air being detected by the ear, so if noones around, it didn't make a sound, it only created a pressure wave.
