I know that you may not like my answer but it is the only type of job that I know of that you don't have to be 18 at~fast food or restaurants. I know that a lot of people turn up their noses at this type of work and granted, it's not the best paying job but it gives you lots of experience. That can be very helpful later on: you are working with the public on a daily/nightly basis, so you learn how to handle all different types of personalities. You are working with food handling so you learn (or should learn) the proper/safe way to cook & serve food. You deal with money on a regular basis so you learn how to count it to correctly give back change. I know that you have or will learn all of these things in high school but it tends to be alot different than working with them!!
Best of luck to you in whatever you wind up doing!! I sincerely hope you find something that makes you happy & helps to pave the job road more smoothly for you later on. Good Luck!!!

Depends on what hours you can work and what you want to do. It can be anything from mowing lawns to retail.
Some stores don't hire until your 18 but a lot of small business will hire 16 and up, like fast food.
Pizza delivery can be good but its hard on your car.
If you know someone in an office they might have openings in the mail room. Paper routes are tough but its money in your pocket.. no holidays off.. and you have to buy your own supplies.

If you are still in school, I would say Pizza delivery. Simply because it can prepare you for dealing with the public. Most jobs now days have some kind of interaction with the public. It will also help you earn your own money in tips.
