I play Halo2...what is a double shot? Double Kill...is that what you mean?
If so you have like 5sec after your first kill to get a second kill...then you will have it

IF YOU MEAN DUEL WELD YOU NEAD TO HAVE A SMALL WEAPON,SUCH AS THE SMG,AND GO TO ANOTHER SMALL WEAPON,SUCH AS THE NEEDLER,AND PRESS THE Y BUTTON.
THIS ONLY WORKS FOR THE SMALLER WEAPONS,IF YOU MEAN DUEL WELD,THAT IS.
