I love the name Madison but my mom doesn't like the name. Madison is number 3 on the top ten baby girl names of the year so Madison is now a popular name.

Well, firstly, it's the most common name for girls right now, so any child named Madison is going to be... oh, one of four or five in every class she ever has?
Also, the name Madison comes from the movie Splash, wherein a mermaid needed a name and took one off of a NYC street sign. That's it. It's not elegant, it has no meaning... it's totally a pop culture phenomenon.
I think it's not a very good name at all.

Actually, Madison Renee was the name my wife and I chose for our first daughter. Unfortunately, we cannot have any children, but we do plan to adopt one day. It is kind of an interesting story of how we chose Madison. I was looking at baby names on a website. The site would let you choose names from a list and print them out. I started in the A's and made it all the way through the M's. I printed out 12 sheets of names from the list of girl names that I liked. I gave the printed sheets to my wife and told her to pick out the names she liked. Out of all the names I printed which were names that I liked, Madison was the only name she liked.
btw, there were about 15 or 20 names to a page!

It's really cute. My neighbor whom I consider to be family has a two year old named Madison. My cousin Jessica has 9 month old named Madison(My mother's side). My cousin Anya has a 7 month old named Madison. it's really cute but oh so popular!

Its a good name BUT before i was pregnant i wanted to name my baby that if it was a girl but then i noticed that its so common. I dont want my daughter to be in a class full of madisons.

Yeah it is. The most cute baby in the whole enitre world is named Madison. She is my teachers daughter I baby sit. She is only six months old. She is adorable!!!! Madison is an innocent name, and most people named Madison is adorable!!!!
