yahoo with proxy?

Question

I have 2 coputer 1 is connected to internet , so i installed analog x on it so , now i get get internet on 2nd but the problem is yahoo messanger 's webcam , call buttons are disabled , get the error "cannot connect to voice server" , i think its is because of some ports ,

What should i doo plz help

Its the problem is that according to the internet U R first computer is treated as the administrator and the second is not that.
