Well, good for you Rissa, but nobody asked nor does anyone care what you listen to. She asked if anyone liked Panic! At the Disco, and since you don't, was there really any reason to answer?
And Sara, Alanis Morissette? Don't even get me started...
Anycrap, I personally like Panic! At the Disco. I think their lyrics are clever and whitty and the music is upbeat and fresh. I adore "Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks." As far as their live performances go, well, that's another story. :]

Give me some Paramore, The Hush Sound, Less than Jake, Metric, Brand New, Box Car Racer, Hazen Street, or some Freezepop any day. Those are the types of bands that should come to mind when I think pop/punk/rock. Not some commercialized, breastfed band that loses their voice periodically because the act of screaming seems to drown out the lack of meaningful lyrics.
Ranting aside, I beg of you to please download any Alanis Morissette song. Probably the complete opposite of P!ATD, Alanis Morissette is a true meaningful singer who writes her own lyrics and has produced some of her own albums. If you can't download, stop by a music store and buy her album entitled Jagged Little Pill. You'll think twice about your choice of music.

they okay, but their song titiles are so weird. i like i write sins, not tragedies and The Only Difference Between Martyrdom and Suicide Is Press Coverage.
i do prefer some of the rock bands that the other people mentioned. but i am a lover of music in general. my heart belongs to all forms of rock. i hate that these other people are so judgemental.

"Nails for Breakfast, Tacks for Snacks" is my favourite too! "Northern Downpour" makes me cry like a 12 year old at a One Direction concert.

they sound a bit like how radiohead would sound if radiohead were commercial whores and decided to wear weirdy beardy clothes because that's really 'individual'.
not saying you shouldnt like them, its just my opinion.
