I guess you can call a designing game the followings:

Sims 2 or any others... a lot of Designing mostly houses!
RPG Makers for PS2 mostly.

I dont know of others

Some people might call American Idol the game a desinging game. I don't know of any other games that have singing as the subject much less de-singing (is that even a word?)
