Effect on company:

Lower interest costs, shift of financing over to equity from debt

Effect on shareholders:

Dilution to old shareholders, possible change in control due to change in percentage ownerships and/or shift in eligibility for directorship

Effect on holders of convertable bonds:

Stop receiving coupon payments (if there were any), start receiving dividends (if applicable),now an equity owner, potentially eligible for directorship (if ownership is high enough)

Make the ice tea mixture - and freeze it til slushy. Make lemon/lime ade with the lemons; limes (save some slices) water. Freeze til slushy. mixture all in a punch bowl. Stir in all the fruit and flow the reserved lemon and lime slices on proper.
