i aint even gonna bother lookin at the rules, they jus stupid, here are THE REAL RULES OF THE FIFA SECTION DAT U ALL SHOULD FOLLOW:
1) NO RACISM
2) NO VIOLENCE
3) NO INSULTS BOUT ONE;S PERSONAL LIFE OR BACKGROUND
4) DO NOT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO
5) DONT CHAT OR ACCUSE SOMEONE OR EXPOSE EM IN PUBLIC
