Let this serve as a lesson to not pay $9 for something like a balloon again. especially if it is from someplace you don't really have the opportunity to return it should something happen
consider this a cheap lesson; other people have paid much, much more to learn the same lesson

A balloon for $9 thats supposed to last months. . sounds kinda far fetched. By the time you read this message, you'll probably be out of orlando anyway, so i'm not going to suggest a good suggestion because I know it doesn't matter now....but, anyway, I'm sorry your ballon didn't last for months..

If you mean the helium is gone and its not floating anymore just take the balloon to a store that fills balloons. Most will refill any balloon for you for a small fee.
