Oh, I've done this!! Really simple solution given to my by my salon.

Buy a bottle of blue dish soap.......I used Dawn. Wash your hair with it once a day (make sure to use LOTS of conditioner) It will strip the extra color out of your hair!

Once its back to where it was, or close, you can redye. Make sure to check the package this time, lol!

Good luck!

My friend went back and got the color she wanted and waited 48 hrs before applying it, and when she did she had the color she intended to have in the first place...she has a lot of nerve... but it worked out . Good luck to you.

Go to a salon and have them remove the color. Just so you know, dark brown will probably have the same effect.

talk to a professional salon in your town. you also might be able to wait a week and redye. there should be a # on the box you can call with any questions.

You can dye it back to your natural color or bleash it!
Like Canadians, they're kewl man.
Now, about your problem.
Go back to the store, make them reimburse you and ask for this type of chemical to undo it.
What's your natural color?
