i have 2 quistions
1) how to make my knee stronger?
2) how to get a six pack

To make your knee stronger you need to make your whole leg stronger. Do light leg lifts; walking and stretching to encourage muscle/tissue growth.

For the ab's you need to do cardio, everyone thinks that if you lift weights you will get abs. The truth is everyone has them, you just need to burn away the fat that is hiding them. Don't get me wrong some weights and sits ups help but that is not what develops your six pack eveyrone has one.
