Putting a television on top of a pc could be a bit hard to explain when it gets knocked off and smashes your monitor...might even void the warranty

yes, it's true there are a couple of sites that want you to watch their free television( satellite) feeds.
viidoo.com is the one I have used and it requires a player download but it is actually pretty good, I watch hockey games that are not carried by local cable.
