I have connected the phone to the computer using the usb lead but my computer won't accept the connection. Computer just makes a beep sound, (same as the sound you get when testing and adjusting volume control on PC), and nothing happens. I no longer have my phone or PC manuals.Can anyone help?

I had exactly the same problem.
you need to buy the usb connector, and the software to install on your computer- it has to b specifically for the motorola phones.
Then connect it up, and it should work. But you have to register with it, its quite a lot of hassle. Then you have to go onto the media section- and press upload photos.

To do that you need to use a data cable. Install the necessary drivers for it and... connect the phone with the PC.
Use the software from CD and do your thing.

well you could email them to your email account and download them that way. or you could go to the verizon store and ask for a picture package. it should come with the USB lead and the software for your computor to recognize the phone. or if you already have the USB cable then see if you can just buy the software

I just added my email as a contact for myself, then open the pictures then send them to my email. I don't have a cord connecting the computer or anything...didn't know you could.

Hi, the easiest way is to get a blue tooth for your pc,they are under £20.00, then transfer via that, you can then use it for any other phones.
