Why not make her dinner, give her a list of reasons that you love her, draw/paint/print a copy of the church/place that you were married in and promise her a return trip to renew your vows on your next anniversary (giving her time to plan a party). Write her a poem or make her a mix tape.
You don't have to buy her a present.
