I have already sent my application in the Juilliard and i will send the constitutive letters and the CD with my songs too. Will they send an answer letter if they do like my voice? How i will go to the New York City for audition? I do not have the economic possibility for this travel. Answers please?

They will respond to you whether they like you or not.
As for going to NYC for an audition -- try to get help from friends or family, or get a part time job.

Chances are good you will receive a letter telling you either way whether or not they want you for an interview or whatever. As for money for a trip to NY? I would say start a fundraiser. Ask local businesses if you can put jars with a short description of your predicament on it on their counters where people can dump their extra change or whatever
