You should call or email them, and ask what their protocol is. It is possible, like in many colleges, like Harvard, Yale, etc, that they either have an emissary near you, or will send one to audition prospective students near the area which they live. In the mean time, get a part time job and start really saving the best that you can just in case the situation arises. Better to be prepared than not. Good luck and I hope that your dream comes true.

First you gotta hope somebody listens to it, as they probably gets
audition tapes every day. If they do listen and like they will get a
hold of you and send you the tickets and put you up somewhere in a luscious Hotel and hear you in person, then it's up to you to
impress and you will be on your way. Good Luck

Yes, you will hear feedback, if they like your voice, and as far as getting there, talk to your friends and arrange for some to go with you for support, if you have to, drive....or check your options...train or bus..don't let anything stand in your way!

If they think ur as talented as u KNOW u are u won't a have to pay very much if any money to get to them in New York! Have faith in God and ur abilities!
