Anusol cream, which is used for haemorrhoids is supposed to be good, as it helps to shrink swollen tissue(eye bags) and also tighten the skin. i think i saw the product by Olay. its really small, and i heard it is good for the lines by ur eyes. Olay also has many products for looking young. good luck with ur problem!
