An alien, by definition, is just a person who does not belong on that land.
So if we go to them we are the aliens and vice versa.
P.s. In a court illegal immigrants are called illegal aliens

To answer that, you gotta know what aliens are. I mean in the pure sense of the word. Alien means unknown, it's something we're not used to. Example a sensation could be alien to us if we've never felt it before. So outerspace beings are called aliens because we dont know them.
As for if we are aliens to them, well that depends on them, because it is possible that they know us, or at least know what we are, and so we would not be aliens to them. It's a bit confusing, but i hope i got through to you

I'm pretty sure we would be alien to them. They'd have grown up seeing their own ugly alien faces and thinking they were gorgous. So, when we showed up, they think we were monsters. But, who's to say that they don't look like us. Suppose there was a planet that mirrored earth in all but one aspect. Maybe we'd look the same, but they'd be blue. Who knows.
I don't believe in aliens, but this sounded like fun to answer.

eg. imagine you find a stranger aren't u a stranger to him same with aliens and perhaps yes they may think we're ugly to them because the are used to the faces of theirs not us so i think that if we se them we might think they are ugly
