How can I tell if a man is cut or uncut, without asking, or actually seeing the goodies?

For the sake of promoting science I will tell you what most gay men know. They probably will not admit it but they know.
Observation is critical for this to work. You may need to practice.
Two things are required to make this work:
The subject must be wearing boxers, or going commando.
the subject must be sitting in a relaxed position.
Most guys sit with their legs spread apart when relaxed. Depending on the guy, the angle between his legs could be anywhere between 45-90 degrees. If he is wearing boxers, or is going commando style, chances are his penis will pressed against his inner thigh. The angle of the leg is critical here. Wider angles press the penis against the leg more.
Look at the outline:
if you see a ridge around the head, he's cut.
If you just see a cone shape, chances are he's uncut

You have to either see it or find out directly from him. It's not like he'll have 3 freckles in a triangle 2 inches from his left ear or anything. Get a grip.

Without seeing or being told, it is not easy to find out. Men from certain religious/culutural/geographical backgrounds have it "cut"/"uncut". If you know a man has such background, you can be almost certain that he is "cut"/"uncut".

Easiest way is to assume from his background. If he's Jewish/Muslim, yes. If he's American, yes likelihood is there. Younger Europeans no. Other Asians no.
