4 months ago I wired some money to a vendor for purchase of some items as advertised in the internet web. The goods was not delivered and the vendor did not answer my email. What can I do to get back my money ?

did you use a credit card? if you did file a complaint. you might of waited to long, to get any thing done... Good luck!

file a complaint with your local police first and then try to know the registrant of that website and contact them , give those details to the police,

contact the fraud division of how you paid,
credit card?
your bank card?

contact the bbb and put in a complaint.

see if they have a phone number....
